Кодований геном білок за функціями належить до трансфераз, кіназ, рецепторів, тирозинових протеїнкіназ, фосфопротеїнів. Задіяний у таких біологічних процесах як поліморфізм, альтернативний сплайсинг. Білок має сайт для зв'язування з АТФ, нуклеотидами, іонами металів, іоном магнію. Локалізований у клітинній мембрані, цитоплазмі, мембрані.
