Кодований геном білок за функціями належить до трансфераз, кіназ, серин/треонінових протеїнкіназ, фосфопротеїнів. Задіяний у таких біологічних процесах, як клітинний цикл, пошкодження ДНК, ацетилювання. Білок має сайт для зв'язування з АТФ, нуклеотидами, ДНК. Локалізований у ядрі, цитоплазматичних везикулах.
