Tuska Open Air, коротко Tuska (фін. біль, агонія) — найбільший метал-фестиваль Скандинавських країн, який проходить зазвичай в останні вихідні червня в парку у фінському Гельсінкі. Фестиваль було започатковано 1998 року, після чого він щороку збирав більшу кількість людей. 2006 року його відвідали 33 тис.

Виконавці виступають на трьох сценах: Inferno, Sue та найбільшій — Radio Rock (до 2007 — Radio City).
