Національна медаль мистецтв США - це нагорода і титул, що їх створив у 1984 році з метою відзнаки митців і меценатів створив Конґрес США. Престижна американська відзнака, яку дають за досягнення в мистецтвах конкретним митцям від імені народу. Лавреатів відбирає (NEA), а нагороду на церемонії вручає Президент США. Дизайн медалі для NEA розробив скульптор Роберт Ґрегем.
